A private academy on your domain. Your lessons, your members, your revenue. Built in weeks, yours forever.
What “good enough” really means, and a rhythm you can keep.
Ambition that includes your wellbeing, not despite it.
Steadiness when everything is moving.
Your video can't be downloaded or passed around. Subtitles are generated for you. Chapter markers let people jump back to the part they needed. And underneath, the thing that makes it coaching: a question you wrote, and somewhere to answer it.
What does “good enough” mean to you today?
Resumes at the exact second they left: mid-sentence, on any device. Shown here in English; your academy ships German-first with an English switch.
Video is the easy bit. Everyone sells that. What keeps someone with you is being asked a good question, and still having their answer a year later.
You write a reflection question under each lesson. Their answers collect into a private journal they can export. It's the thing they'll still have next year, and the reason they'll recommend you.
You set the hours you're open. Members see only what's genuinely free, pay when they book, and the slot is held for them. No back-and-forth email, no separate scheduling subscription, no invoice to chase.
A chat bubble that has read your courses, your handouts and your website, and refuses everything else. Members get an answer at 11pm without it becoming a general chatbot on your bill, or putting words in your mouth about things you never taught.
You open your own payment account, which takes ten minutes, and every sale goes straight into it. We never touch your revenue.
We load your existing library so you don't start with a week of uploading. After that the academy is yours to run: drag a video in from your browser, type a title, press save. Length, thumbnail and subtitles appear on their own.
You never have to come back to us to publish something. No ticket, no waiting for a developer, no invoice for adding a lesson. Build the next course quietly as a draft, and publish it the morning you decide it's ready.
“Three weeks and my academy was live. My students tell me it feels like mine. It does, because it is.”

Every platform in this market rents you a slice of one big system shared by thousands of coaches. This is the opposite arrangement, and it changes what you can do, not just what you pay.
No licence renewal, no per-member pricing, no percentage of what you sell. The build is paid once. Whether you have 12 members or 1,200, nobody sends you a bigger invoice for succeeding.
Its own repository, its own database, its own Stripe account. No other coach's academy shares it. That's why nothing you do here can be broken by a change someone else asked for.
Not a feature request into a queue behind ten thousand other customers. If you need a field, a screen, a different flow or a whole new section, it gets built for you, on your timeline.
Ordinary, widely-used technology, not a private framework only we understand. Any competent web developer can pick it up and keep going, and you don't need our permission to ask one.
You buy the academy once. There is no licence, no per-member fee and no commission, ever. The care plan that keeps it patched and backed up is a separate, monthly, cancellable thing: stop it whenever you like and the academy carries on running, you simply take over the provider bills yourself. Each option below starts at a fixed figure and is quoted properly once we know how much material you have.
There is no cut-down version. Everything on this page is in the codebase you own, at every price: courses and lessons, private streaming, quizzes, reflection questions, the journal and practice streak, certificates, payments, 1:1 booking, the assistant, the appearance editor, both languages. What changes between the options below is how much of the setup we do for you, and how much support you get afterwards.
It could hardly work any other way. You own the code, so a feature we'd switched off would be one you could switch back on. Charging for that would be theatre.
For getting your teaching in front of people you already have.
For selling your courses and your time, with the setup off your desk.
For what the academy doesn't do yet.
These are things to be built, not switches to flip. They get quoted and scheduled like any other development work.
Yes, and that's the point. The accounts are in your name, payments go to your bank, the member list is yours to export, and you keep the code, along with the documentation needed to hand it to someone else. There is no exit fee and nothing to untangle from us first.
If you can write an email and drag a file, yes. Adding a lesson is: choose the video, type a title, press save. Length, thumbnail and subtitles happen without you. Anything you'd rather not do, we'll do.
It does, and that's a real convenience. It's also the most expensive way to sell. As a reseller Ablefy takes 7.5 % + €0.50 of every sale; in your own name 3.9 % + €0.25. On your own academy the only cut is your payment provider's, around 1.5 % + €0.25.
On a €490 course sold a hundred times a year that's roughly €3,725 in reseller fees, €1,936 in your own name, or €760 on your own academy. The first year's saving alone can cover the build.
The trade is honest: you or your Steuerberater handle the VAT registrations instead. Tax is calculated per country from the start, but the paperwork is yours. If you'd rather pay 7.5 % to never think about it, stay where you are.
Cheaper, yes, and they host in Germany with a DPA, same as this does. We're not selling compliance as a feature; it's the baseline. What they can't give you is your own domain and brand, reflection prompts and a member journal, paid 1:1 booking against your calendar, or something that keeps running if you stop paying us.
Then you do. You already hold the repository, the documentation and every account, so there's nothing to request and no notice to give. It's built on ordinary, widely-used technology, so a new developer isn't learning something proprietary. They're reading a normal web application with the decisions written down.
Whichever language you teach in. German and English are ready today; any other is a translation file, not a rebuild. Members switch for themselves with a toggle in the header, and the assistant and subtitles follow automatically.
I'm a developer in Hamburg who does one thing: build private coaching academies. Before this I spent a decade building web applications, until I noticed every coach I worked with was renting a platform that would never be theirs. So I built a product they could own outright.
I take two or three builds at a time. If the wait is longer than a few weeks, I'll say so on the call.
Already decided, or still weighing it up? Either way this is the same form. Fill in what you know and leave the rest blank; you'll get a straight answer about whether it fits, and what your academy would cost.
I read every enquiry myself and reply within one working day, usually sooner. Nothing is charged and nothing is committed until we’ve spoken.
Rather just talk? Book fifteen minutes and skip the form.
Would rather look around first? Open the demo. The form will still be here when you get back.
